Challenge: Client wanted to provide challenging managerial experiences to the leadership team that would provide them with performance feedback on their ability to demonstrate leadership skills that foster the development of high performing organizations.

Solution: As part of a four-day business retreat, developed a one day session designed to give leaders an opportunity to demonstrate leadership competencies. Launched the day with a motivational video that contained engaging messages designed to set the stage for the event. Provided challenging role-playing scenarios that presented opportunities to demonstrate competency levels in coaching, selection of new employees and performance improvement practices to effectively address underperforming employees. Created an Executive In A Box containing assignments tailored to the individual leader based upon their developmental needs and their line operational responsibilities.
