Challenge: Client requested design and delivery of a tool to serve as a comprehensive deliverable to enhance the communication and continuity of brand messages developed by the marketing department. Primary goal was to increase the acceptance and consistent use of promotional items with appropriate focus on the key selling messages in addition to the consistent delivery of quarterly action plan information to the field sales team.

Solution: Produced an Interactive Sales and Marketing Action Planning CD-ROM. Web links and videos were used to enable sales representatives to hear “first-hand” the strategies and tactical messages of the brands as presented by product management. Also leveraged the company’s existing video, audio, graphic and image assets for use as part of a marketing resource library.
