Self Reflective Leadership
Challenge: Gain a deeper understanding of personal strengths and weaknesses in order to enable effective leadership. Solution: Developed self-reflective leadership in action workshop that used the Myers Briggs framework to understand ones approach to decision making. Used MBTI as a basis for creating individual development plans allowing areas for improvement to be targeted.
Exec Assistant Development Workshop
Challenge: Client wanted to raise the performance level of administrative assistants supporting the senior management team. Solution: Created a competency model describing high performance for the executive assistant and utilized this model as a basis for the development of a two-day combined assessment center and workshop that leveraged practical hands on activities that enabled skill development.
